Black Friday has become a bit stressful over on the mainland, with stampeding crowds and all-night sales, so why not start your shopping with an event that’s decidedly more low-key: Block Island’s Annual Holiday Shopping Stroll?
The Shopping Stroll starts the Block Island holiday season, with the town sporting festive decorations including the now-famous Lobster Pot Tree, and local retailers offering incredible sales beginning at 10 AM Friday. Almost all shops on Water and Dodge Street will be open (Shop days and hours may vary, so make sure to check)
