VESSELS (DECKHAND POSITIONS)

Interstate Navigation Company (Block Island Ferry) is now accepting applications for deckhands for Spring/ Summer/ Fall 2024.  We will have full and part time positions available on the passenger/vehicle ferry and the high-speed ferry vessels.

Applicants must be 18 years of age and must submit to pre-employment USCG/DOT drug screening. Applicants must also be reliable, present a neat & clean appearance and possess a good customer service attitude. Applicants must be available to work weekends and holidays.

Interstate Navigation Company operates traditional passenger/vehicle ferry vessels between Point Judith and Block Island, R.I. Interstate also operates (2) high speed ferry vessels, one from Point Judith, and one from Newport and Block Island.
